1 Helen v. Sosso and Ronald F. Croushore appeal the trial courts decree confirming a common law arbitration award and entering judgment in favor of Kathy McKenna. Sosso and Croushore contend that the trial court erred in confirming the judgment because the arbitration panel failed to provide a full and fair hearing of their defenses prior to entering an award and relied on evidence outside the record. We conclude that the arbitration panel provided a full and fair hearing to all parties. Moreover, the record fails to substantiate the irregularities in the arbitration process that Sosso and Croushore assert. Consequently, we affirm the trial courts decree entering judgment on the award in arbitration.
